Dr. Susan B. Poncy’s practice is designed to provide personalized, relationship-based medical care through a membership model. To maintain the highest level of individualized attention, physician services, membership fees, and related medical services are provided on a self-pay basis and are not billed to health insurance plans.
While the practice does not accept insurance reimbursement for physician services or membership programs, certain laboratory tests may be eligible for coverage through your individual health insurance plan. Coverage varies by carrier and policy, and our team can help you understand potential testing costs before services are performed.
